We have vacancies for Experienced Social Workers in our Children with Disabilities (CWD) Team

Children with Disabilities Team
Our CWD team is essential, and this role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with disabled children, young people and their families in our community. We work in partnership with families and our multi agency colleagues to secure the best possible outcomes for children and young people, maximising their life changes and opportunities.
This is a rewarding role where you will be supporting children and young people with complex needs. You will be able to evidence a strong ability to gather and analyse information, completing robust assessments and formulating outcome focused plans. We aim to promote the strengths of our children and their families to help them achieve their aspirations and the outcomes they desire.
