Effective communication skills are essential be able to provide careful and considered responses.      </p>\n<h4><strong>About The Team</strong></h4>\n<p>This is a unique opportunity to join a growing and successful team which is friendly and welcoming. This is a varied and exciting service area, with<strong> opportunities for continual learning and development.</strong></p>\n<p>We provide an 16 week induction programme working alongside our existing officers, and a buddy system to enable 1:1 support.</p>\n<h4><strong>About You </strong></h4>\n<h4>We are looking for candidates who are <strong>knowledgeable and experienced</strong> within the highways sector, able to support the team, collaborating with colleagues across the service to deliver the <strong>best outcomes for our customers in Lincolnshire</strong>.
