The purpose of the role is to provide support to a cohort of parents and carers of children who are at risk of exploitation and serious youth violence. It is also to prevent offending and re-offending by young people by providing an effective service to young people and their carers. Furthermore, to raise awareness with children, families, communities and professionals around the issues of exploitation, serious youth Violence and associated risks. </p><p class=\"ql-align-justify\">You will be working within the multi-agency Exploitation Team where we are developing an innovative harm outside the home approach to issues around exploitation, missing and serious youth violence. You will need good people skills and experience of engaging young people effectively. You will have a caring nature and an ability to work creatively in an effort to engage parents and carers who are at risk of harm outside of the home.
