The Governing Body of Riverside Primary are seeking to appoint a Full Time Site Manager.
We are in the early stages of getting a new school building and are looking for someone highly dependable, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive with a good understanding of health & safety, with a range of practical and DIY skills to join our school community at this very exciting time.

Ideally, the successful candidate will start on Monday 31st March to work alongside the current site manager for a week.
Responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking regular Health & Safety checks
- Responsibility for the security of the site
- Maintaining a safe environment for our children, staff and visitors
- Monitoring grounds maintenance
- Basic building maintenance and DIY
- Assisting staff when required
- Supervising the outsourced cleaning staff to ensure high cleaning standards
Hours of Work:
Monday - Friday
7am 10am
2pm - 6pm
The above hours are for term time only, when working during the school holidays, a split shift is not needed.
This post requires an organised and reliable individual who is flexible and able to use their own initiative. The successful candidate will enjoy the challenges and rewards of working in a busy school environment. Training and support will be offered.
