In turn this creates better outcomes and futures for people. </p>\n<p>We carry out strengths-based Adult Needs Assessments and Reviews in line with the Care Act 2014, focusing on what the person can do rather than their limitations.  </p>\n<p><strong><span>Supporting our staff</span></strong></p>\n<p>You will find a warm welcome in our local adult care teams.
