About the role:
District Council is looking for a Property Finance Administrator to support the Property and Facilities team with day-to-day administration of property related financial activities, performance analysis and risk reporting.

About you:
To succeed as Property Finance Administrator, you will be organised, accurate, innovative and disciplined. You will have good IT skills particularly in Excel and be able to learn new IT systems. You will also have an ability to work independently whilst maintaining good team communication is essential. Experience in finance and bookkeeping is essential.
