The Role
Working as part of a small and friendly team, the post holder will be required to provide support and reporting for Strategic Projects, Performance Management and Risk Management to aid informed decision making across the Council.

This post is temporary for 14 months, to cover a maternity leave, commencing in November 2024.
The hours of work for this position are 37 per week, working Monday to Friday. Part-time / different working patterns will be considered. Occasional out of hours working (e.g. early evening) in line with the needs of the service may be required.
The base for this post is Lancaster Town Hall, with travel to other council sites within the district necessary. We offer hybrid working meaning you can also work remotely in line with the needs of the business.
