You will champion the needs of vulnerable pupils and work with schools to increase their skills and confidence in supporting pupils' emotional well-being and managing pupils at risk of exclusion. It is essential that you can organise your time effectively and be able to respond swiftly to emerging issues.<br><br>As a skilled advocate, you will work closely with students, families, and schools to promote inclusion and entitlement to learning. You'll be adept at critically evaluating school practices and translating evidence-based interventions into successful support systems.
