You’ll also build strong relationships with our contractors to ensure high quality service delivery.  </p>\n<p>Your role will also require you to support vulnerable customers in line with housing policy during major works, and you will engage with residents online through designing and producing customer communications on platforms such as social media.  </p>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate</strong>  </p>\n<p>You’ll have administrative and literacy skills to GCSE/BTEC level or be able to show equivalent ability through experience. You should also be able to demonstrate knowledge of the Section 20 consultation processes and an ability to write responses to complaints. </p>\n<p>You’ll have relevant experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and managing customer relationships and be able to work autonomously while managing your own workload.
