Experience across all activities in theatre(s) environment is essential.<br><br>You will have good knowledge of the performing arts industry and experience in the safe use of wide range of technical equipment.<br><br>You will be working in a team of 5 with a new LED lighting rig/sound rig/ and controls. The ability to work at high level is essential. You will be required to implement good H&S practises daily.<br><br>Our sister venue is just about to undergo a major multi-million-pound refit including all tech areas. An exciting proposition over the coming years to work and develop this project with the rest of the team .<br><br>The venues and the team have always supported advancement and training and these roles include pay progression.<br><br>The ideal candidate will possess the following:<br><br><strong>Knowledge </strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of theatre skills relative to producing, and receiving a range of drama, dance and music.</li>\n<li>An understanding of the value and use of new technologies in improving services and modernising working process.</li>\n<li>An understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Acts in regard to their area of work</li>\n<li>An understanding of customer service and how this can be effective in a venue environment.</li>\n<li>A knowledge of building and equipment upkeep and maintenance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience </strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of working within a theatres and venues environment with an understanding of all elements of the theatres and venues service</li>\n<li>Some experience in the supervision and co-ordination of employees.
