About the role
Do you have a passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences? Are you a whiz with website content management and excited about improving Council services?
If so, then we want you on our team! We are seeking a talented Customer and Digital Experience Officer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in transforming how residents and businesses interact with our Council.
In this role, you will wear many hats – and all of them are exciting! You'll oversee the content on our website (CMS), making sure it is clear, informative, and easy to navigate. You will also get the chance to work with colleagues to design and develop new online services that are efficient and user - centred. On top of that, you'll help us improve our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring it works seamlessly and provides a great user experience.
About you
We are looking for someone with a knack for content management systems, a strong understanding of user experience principles, and a collaborative spirit. Applicants with experience in working with and developing CRM systems will be an advantage.
