Find out more <span><a href=\"{{SIGN-IN-REQUIRED}}\">here</a>.</span></p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities are:</strong></p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Working with individuals on a one-to-one basis in the community, to identify their aspirations, the unique skills they have and match those with local employers to ultimately secure paid work</p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Engage with clients and their circle of support&nbsp;</p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Creating or working to client development plans</p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide travel training&nbsp;</p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Liaising with employers to fill vacant positions and support their quest for a diverse work force</p>\n<p><strong>Profile</strong></p>\n<p>The successful candidate will need to have the following skills and experience:</p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent communication skills, energy and enthusiasm</p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to use varied IT systems and to record interactions accurately and concisely on our Salesforce CRM system</p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Good organisational skills with the ability to balance the needs of clients, employers and us!</p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;A resilient and pragmatic approach to dealing with people and occasionally challenging situations</p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;A knowledge of disability or HR procedures would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given on a range of disabilities e.g. Autism, Learning Disabilities etc.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Full UK driving licence with daily access to a car is essential and a successful enhanced DBS would be required (paid for by us)</p>\n<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Most importantly a sense of humour, someone who share our <span><a href=\"{{SIGN-IN-REQUIRED}}\"><span><span>values&nbsp;</span></span></a></span> and wants to make a real difference to someone’s life</p>\n<p><strong><span>Job Offer</span></strong></p>\n<p><span>25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata for part time) + a unique opportunity to buy or sell up to 1 week</span></p>\n<p><span>Flexible working hours and hybrid working: the majority of your time in the community and from the community base at Library at The Curve in Slough.
