As an apprentice joining our Business Support team you’ll receive a warm welcome, a chance to develop existing skills - and learn new ones - plus lots of scope for future career progression. You could work for any one of our varied departments across the organisation, including Children's Services, Highways or Fire and Rescue. You'll also have the opportunity to spend time with other apprentices, shadow and complete off the job training across different teams during your working day.
Upon completing this apprenticeship, you will be awarded with a Customer Service Level 2 Qualification. If you already have a level 2 Customer service practitioner qualification then you are unable to undertake this Apprenticeship. Proof of English and Maths qualifications will be required.

You will be given a nominated contractual work base and you will be required to commute to this work base when necessary.
