Providing detailed, high level technical advice to the Learning Academy team in relation to learning technology trends, digital learning solutions and processes to maintain a credible LMS.</p>\n<p>The role will include;</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinating with stakeholders to map skills to competencies for differing roles and learning needs, ensuring that Learning solutions are appropriately assigned to each user.</li>\n<li>Developing LMS policies, procedures, and governance.</li>\n<li>Leading on controlled testing, pilot launch, go live launch and provide ongoing support.</li>\n<li>Design, develop and deliver system training on how to use the LMS effectively.</li>\n<li>Liaising with external contacts to troubleshoot and solve system issues.</li>\n<li>Continuously improving the design of the LMS and learning solutions, identifying the most efficient ways of working.</li>\n<li>Working alongside the Academy to enable the LMS to support the learning offer delivery and tracking</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our ideal candidate will have;</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient IT and relevant system skills (Microsoft office skills, Articulate 360, Photoshop and InDesign).</li>\n<li>Ability to analyse and interpret data for a range of purposes.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to present data and concepts to influence a range of stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Strong presentation skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to understand learning and development requirements and provide specialist impartial advice and to recognise opportunities for improvement.</li>\n<li>Experience in a Learning and development environment and of an LMS implementation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you have any further questions about the vacancy please contact Sophie Gilbert at sophie.gilbert@birminghamchildrenstrust.co.uk</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are proud to be an Equal Opportunities Employer.
