You should be competent in multi-skilled fire safety repairs, including inspecting and replacing fire doors and installing door closures and intumescent strips. Experience in maintenance within occupied properties is essential.</p> <p>You must be physically fit for manual tasks and demonstrate knowledge of Health & Safety principles and building maintenance sequencing. Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent customer care, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are crucial. Familiarity with using technology, such as PDAs, for work management is also required.
