Running a caseload of support work, advice and guidance and training for residents.<br><br>You'll ensure activities contribute effectively to achieving measurable impact for participants in health & wellbeing progressions including effective outputs and outcomes. Delivering an annual work programme to support achieve overall project objectives.<br><br><strong>The role will require you having a full driving license with access to a vehicle.
