This role reflects the growing need for schools to have an online presence and the use of social media to attract the very best candidates.
The Social Media and Recruitment Lead will be responsible for driving recruitment campaigns to attract senior school leaders and recruit hard-to-fill positions by leveraging innovative technology and social media platforms.
This leadership position entails creating and managing social media content, developing targeted campaigns, collaborating with influencers, and application of consistent brand messaging. This role is part of the Business Development Team, with line management responsibility of the Recruitment Team and supervisory responsibility for the Web Team.
About you:
You will have a track record of running successful social media campaigns, expertise in social media platforms and experience in creating engaging content.
You will be confident in working with senior stakeholders, understanding their requirements and translating their ideas into practical solutions to deliver successful recruitment campaigns.
You will have worked as part of a team that delivers service excellence and committed to continuous improvement.
