You will be someone that demonstrates the values of the school inspiring each and every one of our children to be able to aspire to be whoever they wish to be.</p>\n<p>If you are looking to make a difference and seeking promotion this could be the role for you.</p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote co-production with families to ensure the best provision for our learners</li>\n<li>Work positively with stakeholders, including the school nurse team and Local Authority SEN services, to maximise our school's offer</li>\n<li>Produce termly reports for Governors on provision, data, and support our teaching framework</li>\n<li>Ensure the website is up to date with relevant statutory information</li>\n<li>Work with the support team to deliver effective training and monitoring opportunities</li>\n<li>Ensure statutory obligations are met and manage information, resources, and budgets</li>\n<li>Coordinate provision for children with SEND, including identifying interventions and ensuring access</li>\n<li>Collaborate with and advise staff to develop their skills and expertise in supporting pupils with SEND</li>\n<li>Oversee records of pupils with SEND and contribute to Statutory Assessments and Personal Education Plans</li>\n<li>Manage learning support teams and ensure effective deployment and professional development</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Organise and deliver INSET to raise staff awareness of current legislation and guidance<br><br>This is an exciting time to join this role, as the government plans to introduce anticipated changes to SEN and Inclusion policies.
