We are looking for a Business Support Lead to join our Children's Allowance Review Team, providing high-quality support that makes a real difference.</h4>This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, fast paced and supportive team who are responsible for administering and reviewing allowances for all adopters and Special Guardians in Kent. The job is based at Kroner House in Ashford, whilst you will spend some of the week working at home, some office based work is essential to the role. <h4> </h4><h4>About the Role</h4>As a Business Support Lead, you will:<ul><li>Team Leadership: Directly supervises a team of 4 Business Support Officers, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively and performance is monitored.</li><li>Operational Coordination: Manages day-to-day administrative functions, including scheduling, processing applications and reviewing Children's Allowances and maintaining accurate records.</li><li>Data and Compliance: Oversees data handling processes, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and supporting audit and quality assurance activities.
