We’re looking for a dynamic&nbsp;Personal Assistant&nbsp;to provide comprehensive support to the&nbsp;Leader of the Council,&nbsp;Chief Executive, and&nbsp;Director of Central Services. This is a key role at the heart of the organisation, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
<ul>
<li>Managing complex diaries, meetings, travel, and correspondence for senior leaders.</li>
<li>Acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders including MPs, government departments, and community representatives.</li>
<li>Handling confidential communications and enquiries with professionalism and tact.</li>
<li>Coordinating responses to complaints, FOI, EIR, and SAR requests.</li>
<li>Supporting corporate governance through meeting notes, rota coordination, and statutory documentation.</li>
<li>Organising and taking notes at regular Senior Management Team meetings and other regular and ad hoc meetings</li>
<li>Leading initiatives across the Council’s PA network and acting as a central point of knowledge and support.</li>
</ul>

Youth Justice are seeking a Business Support Officer to join the team at level B. This level attracts a salary that is mid-point of the range. All elements of level A and B listed within the person specification are essential. You will be supported to develop in your role through induction, probation and a supportive Performance Appraisal and Career Conversation.
