We have an exciting opportunity within Fostering Assessments – part ofour Business Support Service for a self-motivated Business Support Officerproviding essential support to our practice staff members. Your tasks will include oversight of quality, monitoring and analysis ofKPIs. You will also monitor, co-ordinate and supervise the work of a small teamof Business Support Assistants maintaining oversight and monitoring ofprocesses ensuring consistency and maintaining staffing rotas.You will also have responsibility for fostering finance work, and willbe supporting the Business Support Assistants with finance queries and being anescalation point for this.You will receive training and support in all areas.You will play an important role in the effective day to day running ofthe service we are looking for people who are well organised; have goodattention to detail and who can work to and meet tight deadlines; you must beable to work effectively within a team environment, be customer and childfocused and be able to deliver the role with a flexible approachWe have been rated as ‘Good’ by Ofsted, following a 2023 inspection.
