Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>To undertake the core administrative activities for contract management including overseeing provider due diligence checks, managing communication with providers when notifying of changes to contracts, managing requests and coordinating arrangements required in relation to new contracts and changes to existing contracts.</li>

The Post
To provide administrative support to the specialist teams within the SEND Outreach Service.
This will involve minute taking at meetings, updating systems and folders and acting as the first point of contact within the relevant teams, maintaining professional communications with internal and external customers and partners by taking responsibility for all email/post/telephone queries and handling them as appropriate, and taking ownership of the business support needs of the allocated service area and have expert knowledge of their business processes.
The Person
You will be joining the well-established SEND Outreach Service. We are passionate about the work we do with children and the support provided to the children and their families. You will also join us in having a close working relationship with families and settings.

This role makes positive contributions to the services that Brent provides for children and young people with SEND. The ideal candidate will be resilient and solution focused, have strong communication skills effectively (oral and written). Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manners, and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners are all equally important. The successful candidate must be highly organised, be able to manage their workload and maintain attention to detail. The successful candidate will have good IT skills and have the ability to use computer systems concurrently, as well as the ability to work on their own initiative and take a proactive approach. As Data Officer at New Hope, you will help ensure the smooth delivery of Bracknell Forest’s substance misuse services by providing essential data support. Your work will directly impact those in need, offering a sense of purpose while you grow professionally through collaboration with other agencies.
<h3>About the team…</h3>
We want to help our most vulnerable residents to get their lives firmly on track. Our Data Officer has a pivotal role in making sure New Hope is effective and meets individual’s needs. Supporting the staff to work towards success for our clients is vitally important. You will be part of a passionate substance misuse recovery focused group of individuals, who work together and provide care and support to vulnerable adults and young people in Bracknell Forest to achieve their goals.
<h3>Key responsibilities…</h3>
<ul>
<li>To set up a system with the staff whereby all data to be recorded on to the NDTMS is provided in a timely manner and set reminders and deadlines for updates to be provided. To record all relevant information on the NDTMS, submit the data on a monthly basis and rectify any data quality issues prior to the final submission.</li>
<li>To ensure that any issues with the data that are highlighted to staff and that they are supported to rectify any issues.</li>
<li>To prepare monthly and quarterly reports based on local activity date for dissemination to senior staff within the council, elected members (if requested) and colleagues within the team. Highlighting any service deficits in a timely way.</li>
<li>To collate the data required for the annual needs assessment, analyse it and complete the assessment highlighting any gaps in services to inform future plans.</li>
<li>To provide training to staff on data systems as required.</li>
