Standard full time working hours are 37 hours per week. You will also be comfortable working on complex governance issues and ensuring statutory compliance and reporting. </p><p>You will be content working in a complex stakeholder environment and with senior stakeholders. You will be proficient in minute taking, Companies Act compliance, strategic forward planning Board and committee business, and undertaking meeting support administration.
