Sandhurst School is seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Reception and Admin Assistant to join our friendly and supportive admin team.
The successful candidate should be&nbsp;confident&nbsp;and comfortable liaising with parents, staff and students.&nbsp;&nbsp;A background in an educational setting would be an advantage.
The applicant will need to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail together with strong interpersonal and communication skills.&nbsp; With the ability to multi-task whilst working under pressure with ever-changing priorities.
As the candidate develops, they will be asked to take on specific tasks and projects.

Hours of Work:&nbsp;&nbsp;To total 195 hours per annum term time only. Additional ad-hoc hours to be agreed in advance and paid at an hourly rate of £15.94 including Fringe, per hour.

We are looking for a Clerk to the Sandhurst Local Governing Body (LGB) with the responsibility of providing effective administrative and clerking support to all LGB Meetings.&nbsp; The successful candidate will also be required to advise on governance procedures within the school to ensure compliance, whilst aiding and supporting good communication across the school and wider Trust when required.
Excellent organisation, interpersonal, communication and time management skills will be important. Applicants should have the skills and a proven record in administration and the ability to be flexible.
