We are looking for a full time (40 hours per week) receptionist to provide front of house services at the Harborough Innovation Centre.
Harborough Innovation Centre (HIC) provides support services to start-up and growing businesses in the Harborough district.&nbsp; As the first point of contact for our residential businesses and visitors using our flexible workspaces, meeting and conference rooms, you will work as part of a friendly and dedicated team delivering first class, professional customer service. Ensuring all enquiries are processed to the required performance standards and complying with the Council’s policies &amp; procedures are key responsibilities of this post.
Applicants should have previous experience of administrative and clerical duties and possess good customer liaison skills. Duties also include provision of a telephony service and mail handling on behalf of the businesses associated with the Innovation Centre. Flexibility will be required to cover holidays and sickness.
All applicants should be aware that any employee, who is eligible for redeployment at the time of a position being advertised, will have priority status.

<li>Experience of data entry; filing; scanning documents and raising purchase orders</li>
<li>Able to order and maintain stock as advised by the Team Manager</li>

About the role….
Providing support to the Community Care Service team with day-to-day admin tasks, enabling them to focus on their core, customer-facing role. At times acting as the first point of contact for the team and service users. We want you to make your mark, finding quicker and slicker ways to deliver processes, whilst keeping a close eye on detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service will be at the heart of what you do. The successful applicant for this post will be subject to a basic check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us.
Interviews will be held on 11 July 2025.
