<p>Is to provide high quality administrative support to the Principal Officer for Voids and the Void repairs Team and coordinate the processes and services needed to enable the return of empty homes to Lettings. Also, to coordinate and administer the decants and minor adaptation process from start to completion. Provide information to enable utilities to be paid and carry out financial checks and support to enable contractors to be paid.</p>

The material may be of sensitivity to the UK and may therefore be restricted to UK nationals. In approved circumstances, dual nationals (of which one element is British) may be granted access. However, if potential conflicts of interest cannot be managed, the post holder will not be permitted access the systems or material required for the role and will not therefore be able to perform their duties.
