About the roleTo work with Regulatory Services Managers and the Regulatory Services Administration Team Leader to develop the IDOX Uniform case management database for Regulatory Services, provide training to all users and perform the role of system administrator for the system. You are responsible for maintaining and developing electronic and paper record systems to ensure that the business is adequately supported. This will require a confident, accurate and timely approach to using MS Word, MS Excel and other software as appropriate.
