Are you a dynamic, organised, and forward-thinking professional ready to take the lead in a fast-paced learning and development environment? Sefton Council is looking for an exceptional&nbsp;Office Manager&nbsp;to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Corporate Learning Centre and help shape the future of workforce development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As Office Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—managing finance, administration, building facilities, and a small team of support staff. You’ll play a key role in:

<li>Overseeing financial systems and budget reporting</li>
<li>Driving business development and marketing initiatives</li>
<li>Managing building safety and compliance</li>
<li>Leading and developing a team of Learning and Development Support Assistants</li>
<li>Supporting service improvements and customer engagement</li>
