About the role
As part of a large, newly aligned and dynamic engagement directorate, you’ll be supporting the chief engagement officer (CengO) and engagement directors’ key priorities at a formative time for the charity in delivering to our bold new strategy and income and awareness growth. Supporting the CengO’s time, projects, communications and external and internal relationships, you’ll be a key connector cross-organisationally on CengO’s behalf in order to support this progressive time for the directorate and charity. Data / Admin Support Assistant
&nbsp;Fixed Term contract for 1 year
4 days per week (one of which will be a Friday) 08:00 – 16:00 x 40 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint a self-motivated, enthusiastic colleague with initiative to join our admin support team. &nbsp;&nbsp;The main purpose of the role is to provide admin support to the Exams Officer and Senior Teacher responsible for Data.&nbsp; Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.
You will be expected to support the Examinations Officer in accordance with the practices, procedures and requirements of the Academy at all times.
The successful candidate will have:

<li>Excellent ICT skills including Excel, word, mail merge and database management including knowledge of SIMS</li>
<li>Experience of producing statistical analysis</li>
<li>Willingness to successfully complete the range of training relevant to the post</li>
<li>Experience of working within a school environment.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work extra hours during the examination seasons and in the event of staff absence</li>
