Administrative Assistant (Apprentice – Advanced Level)

fixed term for 18 months

Salary National Minimum Wage

(It is usual for new appointees to commence at the bottom of the scale with progression on an annual incremental basis)

Reporting to the Examinations Officer

We are looking to recruit an individual ready to commence an advanced level apprenticeship. Based at The Hub in a large central office, you will be required to carry out duties associated with the smooth running of the College’s Registry department and work with all of the teams as appropriate – this will involve a broad range of clerical and administrative tasks. You should have good communication and IT skills and ideally have experience of using Microsoft Office software. The successful candidate will need to be a confident, hard-working, enthusiastic individual, with good communication skills, a flexible approach to work and the ability to successfully complete an Apprenticeship Framework within an agreed timeframe.
