The focus of the role is to ensure that the full Design and Technical reviews are completed, that the most appropriate design solutions and fire safety remediation measures are undertaken, and that our standard documentation is robust and current, to ensure our risks are fully mitigated.<br><br>Responsibilities can include:<ul> <li>Critically appraising schemes and reviewing fire engineering solutions/designs and fire strategies, to ensure compliance with relevant internal and external standards, fire safety codes and guidance so that high levels of quality are delivered.</li> <li>Critically appraising pre-occupation FRAs and fire inspection reports, leading the organisations response on contractors' remediation measures so that high levels of quality are delivered.</li> <li>Working with Development Managers to manage third party fire inspections. Reviewing fire inspection reports and advising on the appropriate response, considering proportionality and value for money.
