Our CRM (MS Dynamics) is crucial to this. To ensure that this continues to be as efficient and effective as possible, on both sides, we are looking to appoint a new Application Lead.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive service for all aspects of support, management and development of MS Dynamics. You’ll ensure that the system is specifically tailored to the needs of the councils and our customers, continually assessing and analysing to identify any opportunities to improve, update and upgrade.
You’ll become the ‘go-to’ expert for all enquiries and requests, assessing each one and deciding on any appropriate actions. You’ll work alongside colleagues throughout the council, particularly in collaboration with the Application Development and Digital transformation teams, establishing their needs and the challenges faced. This will allow you to then ensure that the system is fit for purpose and all processes are streamlined and enable success.
This role needs a talented individual who combines an analytical mind and technical expertise, with a passion for customer service. You’ll relish the opportunity to influence the customer journey and experience, establishing key processes that work for everyone involved.
The nature of the role requires someone with confidence and great communication skills. You’ll be happy not only working within your team but also with others throughout the business.
