An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dynamic Attendance Administrator who will support the ethos and vision of the school.
The successful candidate will believe passionately that the potential of every child can be developed through an aspirational culture of achievement and success both underpinned by a caring, nurturing, and empathetic environment.
The candidate will understand the importance that attendance has with respect to pupil’s achievement and will work to support both staff and students to ensure that attendance is outstanding for all students.
We are a heavily over-subscribed ‘through-school’ and National Teaching School, with ‘Outstanding’ provision (Ofsted, March 2013) for students aged 4-18. Our links with our Trust Partners enable us to provide truly unique opportunities for our students.
You will be highly organised with excellent literacy and numeracy skills and show resourcefulness in dealing with competing deadlines and priorities in a busy environment.
St Paul’s Way Trust has a strong track record of promoting talented staff. We welcome applications from ambitious administrators who wish to further their career in an educational context.
If you would like to play your part in delivering outstanding provision for our staff, students, and partners then we would very much like to hear from you.
Deadline for applications: Midday, Monday 25th September 2017
