We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead our Domiciliary Care Services - Community Reablement Team and Charles Clore Court. These services include a community-based team and an Extra Care Housing Scheme, both of which are well-established and renowned for their professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional care. As the Registered Manager, you will oversee operations, ensure compliance, and uphold the highest standards of safety and service quality.

As the CQC Registered Manager, you will:
- Provide strong leadership and management to ensure both services meet CQC standards and maintain a ‘Good’ rating or higher.
- Play a key role in planning and developing services to meet evolving needs and priorities, aligning with government legislation and local objectives.
- Actively support staff development, monitor and evaluate service provision, and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Build and maintain positive, influential relationships within the Directorate and with key partners, including health organizations, voluntary sector and representative groups from the service user and carer community.

Duties will include:
- Ensure CQC compliance and optimize customer satisfaction for both CRT and CCC services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor performance, analyse data, and drive service improvements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including customers, carers, health, and housing professionals.
- Oversee complaints management, risk assessments, safeguarding, and health and safety measures in line with council policies.
- Support staff recruitment, retention, training, and development, including formal supervisions and appraisals.
- In line with HR policies you will manage sickness absence and poor performance to achieve positive outcomes for staff and service delivery.
- Contribute to strategic planning, service development, and adherence to council policies and statutory requirements.
