Moorfield Primary School is looking to appoint a Mid Day Assistant for an immediate start
Our small team of Mid-Day Assistants supervises and supports our children in the dinner hall and on the playground during lunchtimes. We are seeking to appoint a Mid-day Assistant to work 1.25 hour a day (paid 6.5 hours per week) as part of our nurturing and caring team to ensure the highest standards of provision during the lunchtime period. The exact timings will be dependent upon the key stage worked.
You will also be expected to undertake any necessary training to support you within this role, i.e. safeguarding, first aid etc
Previous MDA experience is not necessary. However, applicants should have some experience of working with or caring for children.
Applicants should be caring and sensitive to the needs of all children.
