Our Digital Change & Service Improvement team is at the forefront of transformative change, driving continuous improvement through an Agile operating model. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team.
As Technical Business Analyst you will participate in the delivery of our corporate plan through identification and analysis of opportunities for service improvement and efficiencies, with a focus on determining how technology can best meet business needs.
The role involves being collaborative, innovative and leading helpful conversations to support colleagues across the organisation. You will be expected to work in the office on a weekly basis. Additionally, you are required to attend in-person meetings where necessary.
