Salary: £19,430 - £21,268 pa
Contract: Fixed term until 30 September 2019

Hertfordshire County Council in partnership with 20 organisations from the voluntary and community sector across Hertfordshire have been successful in securing funding from The Big Lottery Building Better Opportunities Fund (BBO). BBO is the result of The Big Lottery matching funds from the European Social Fund for projects across England that tackle poverty and promote social inclusion.
In Hertfordshire our partnership will deliver three projects across the county that help to address barriers into employment. All projects will run for a period of 3 years. We are now recruiting for a full-time Project Data and Administration Officer to work from County Hall in Hertford.
The role of the BBO Project Data & Administration Officer is to ensure that all participant documentation and data along with finance data is collected from our Partner organisations, is complete and collated accurately. The post holder will ensure that data is accurately completed on the MIS system (LearnerTrack) and undertake training for Mentors and Managers where needed for our partners. They will use the system to produce reports to show outcomes against project targets.
This role will involve travelling across the county to meet regularly with our Partners to undertake audit checks.
