We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals to join our busy Council Tax and Business Rates Service which deals with nearly 130,000 domestic and commercial properties. You will assess applications for reductions, make payment arrangements, process changes of address and generally ensure our records are kept up to date.You will be a good communicator who is able to organise and prioritise workloads and work well as part of a team. These frameworks provide a mechanism for employees to take ownership of their development within their post and be rewarded accordingly. The salary you will be offered will be at level A. There will be further opportunity once in post to progress from level A to B, and B to C. All elements of level A listed within the person specification are essential.
