This will also include managing workflows across the two service areas.\nAbout you:\nTo succeed as Development and Building Control Deputy Team Leader you will require significant experience of administrative and process management preferably in a Local Authority setting, management and supervisory experience. A customer focused approach with strong commercial acumen, with experience of business development is essential.
