We’re looking for an experienced Building Safety Compliance Manager to join our Building Safety team and help ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance across our portfolio of higher-risk buildings (HRBs). This is a key role requiring in-depth knowledge of building safety legislation and regulatory processes throughout the lifecycle of HRBs, from design and construction to occupation. You’ll manage handover processes, support Safety Case Reports, contribute to Gateway submissions, and maintain the Golden Thread of Information. Working collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and the Building Safety Regulator, you’ll play a vital part in delivering safe, compliant homes and transparent building safety management.
