Salary:&nbsp;£39,862 to £51,356 per year. This is a career graded post and progression through the grades is dependent on criteria as outlined in the Job Profile.
Market Premia:&nbsp;£3000 per annum which is expected to end on 31 March 2028.
ECU:&nbsp;ECU payment up to £ £1003.44 per annum based on 1 FTE. Membership of the ECU is subject to annual review.

You will need a full UK driving licence as you will be traveling throughout the Borough and may be using your own transport.
About You - What We’re Looking For:

<li>A confident, experienced professional with 5+ years in building control plan checking and site inspections</li>
<li>Registered at Class 2A–F with the Building Safety Regulator</li>
<li>A chartered member of a relevant professional body (e.g. CABE, CIOB)</li>
<li>Technically strong with a solid grasp of current legislation</li>
<li>Proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player</li>
<li>Committed to excellence and passionate about making a difference</li>
<li>Ready to lead by example and take the next step in your career</li>
</ul>
