These are exciting times for South Bucks and Chiltern District Councils’ new joint property service. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Building Surveyor to join us, bringing a fresh perspective and new ideas to this vital area of the Councils’ work.

The Estates Team manages a diverse property portfolio of commercial property including the Councils’ offices, leisure centers and other operational property plus farmland and woodlands.

We offer a friendly, supportive working environment set in beautiful countryside within striking distance of London, Oxford and major travel routes.

You’ll be hard-working and committed to delivering high quality, professional property services. You will need to be flexible, have good communication skills, eager to make a difference and able to work on your own initiative to deal with diverse projects and prioritise accordingly.

The post will be based mainly in Amersham with travel throughout the two Districts. For more information about this post please contact Louise Dove, Senior Building Surveyor on 01494 732218.
