About the role
We’re looking for a Substance Misuse Worker with experience in mental health and substance use to join our Catford team. Based in a 24 hour residential service, you’ll support adults with severe and enduring mental health needs through rehabilitation and recovery focused support, using your specialist knowledge to help residents and the team overcome personal challenges.
You will deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills. You will be a specialist in comorbidity, supporting the team to achieve positive outcomes for our residents. Some of your duties will include:

You will have significant post-qualifying experience in statutory work with children and families. A strong understanding of assessment, planning and intervention is essential to ensure that needs-led services and interventions are provided and the right plans are in place for children and families.
You will be a natural leader with the ability to build effective relationships, demonstrate strong analytical skills and work collaboratively as part of a management team. You will have direct responsibility for Social Workers, including Newly Qualified Social Workers and Family Workers.
You will also be comfortable deputising for the Team Manager, managing performance, chairing meetings and supporting recruitment and retention efforts.

About The Role
A Senior Planner will help with the delivery of major sites; leading on complex and major planning applications, liaising with developers, applicants and senior officers, conducting negotiations and presenting applications to Planning Committee. The appointment will be commensurate with experience.
We would also consider a planner at the beginning of their career and offer a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience and to develop a strong foundation for a career within the Built Environment, determining a large number of householder and minor applications, as well as contributing to the overall work of the teams.

The team are currently working on a wealth of planning applications critical to the social and economic wellbeing of the borough. We are looking for someone&nbsp;who can build effective and enabling relationships with families of children and young people with SEND and professionals, who will manage the EHCPs for children and young people from Year 10.

<h2>About the role</h2>
As a SEND Assessment Coordinator (EHCP) you will be expected to&nbsp;undertake core statutory elements of the role including completing needs assessments in relation to statutory requests for an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHC) for those ages 14-25 years within statutory timescales, write EHC Plans that are legally compliant with the statutory requirements of the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice and&nbsp;undertake relevant casework, including supporting work for Tribunal Cases and presenting cases to relevant decision-making panels for consideration, attending annual reviews of EHC plans and updating plans as required. Other aspects of the role include:

<li>Keep up to date with all relevant local and national material/research relevant to the client group and build this knowledge into service delivery and contribute to the broader aims of the organisation to improve integrated delivery to children and young people.</li>

Assisted Travel Officer

We’re looking for a highly organised and knowledgeable Programme Manager to oversee our £100m+ grant funding programmes. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing grant income streams and ensuring full compliance with funding conditions from bodies such as the GLA, Homes England and Local Authorities. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maximise grant uptake, maintain accurate records, and support the delivery of affordable housing projects. What you’ll do As Programme Manager, you’ll manage grant claims and bids, monitor compliance with the Capital Funding Guide, and maintain accurate forecasting through systems such as OPS, IMS and Pamwin. You’ll lead on compliance audits, produce reports for stakeholder review, and ensure timely submissions to funders. You’ll collaborate with Development colleagues to support scheme delivery, manage intra-company agreement processes, and provide compliance assurance to senior leadership. You’ll also communicate funding changes, support new programme initiatives, and contribute to internal reviews and governance processes. Your role will be key in ensuring Peabody’s development programmes are financially sound and fully compliant. You’ll be required to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
