About the role

We have an exciting opportunity within the Re-imagining Post and Print (RiPP) project team for a Business Analyst.

The ambitious RiPP Project aims to transform the way we print and post by moving away from traditional practices and implementing new digital mail and print solutions. Working as part of multi-disciplined project team you will help to review and challenge current business practices, re-design and implement self – service solutions and encourage behaviour change.

Work within a highly-skilled cross functional team project team that aims deliver digital solutions under the Camden brand, you will commit to providing a highly customer focused services and be able to work effectively with a range of internal colleagues and external contractors.

About you
The successful candidate will be educated to BSc degree level or equivalent recognised industry standard development experience in IT and Business Intelligence. You will have good working knowledge of project management methodologies, transformation and full project management analysis to evaluate complex or large-scale business processes and identify how to best achieve and measure business outcomes effectively. You will possess he ability to build strong work relationships with key stakeholders.

You be proficient in using data from a variety of sources fully assist with the management of user acceptance testing. This role requires you to have an open mind, in order to take on board feedback to improve the running of future services, inform and support recommendations for change.
