Charnwood Borough Council is offering a 2 year apprenticeship for an individual with excellent I.T. and technical skills, alongside strong organisational and communication skills, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in administrative processes within a Local Authority and join a team which seeks to improve how the organisation operates in order to provide a quality service for our customers and residents.

Charnwood Borough Councils Apprenticeship Programme will allow you to gain a professional level of business administration skills. You will work towards attaining an NVQ in Business Administration at Level 3. In addition you will gain work experience in business improvement, communication, I.T, customer service, administration and technical knowledge.

To thrive in this role you will need to be flexible, passionate and keen to build a professional career. If you enjoy helping people and are able to complete tasks with attention to detail you will be an asset to our team.
