<h4>About the role</h4><h4>Role Summary</h4><p>A Business Analyst is required to analyse data, identifying business needs, communicating requirements between stakeholders and technical teams, developing solutions and ensuring that new systems meet business objectives. The role requires specific Microsoft 365 skills, specifically Dynamics, SharePoint and Power Automate. The Business Intelligence, Performance and Customer Insight Team is a central function with the organisation, providing performance and customer insight data and analysis to all services and team, improving services and tenant satisfaction.<br>This is an exciting time to join the team, as TCH as an organisation begins the process of developing its Data Governance Framework, Data Management and Business Intelligence Strategy.
