<li>Provide strategic business management and corporate support to the Directorate Leadership Team</li>
<li>Lead on business planning, performance monitoring, and corporate reporting</li>
<li>Coordinate directorate-wide improvement projects and ensure alignment with the Council Plan</li>
<li>Monitor budgets, savings targets, and financial performance</li>
<li>Represent the Directorate on corporate groups and contribute to policy development</li>
<li>Facilitate effective communication across the Directorate and with key stakeholders</li>
<li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation</li>
