We will need a candidate to facilitate workshops, map ‘to-be’ processes, work with suppliers to clarify configuration options, support data migration, testing and maintain traceability between requirements and design decisions.**Process Improvement**: We identify and recommend improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. We also get involved in the design and implementation of new solutions where appropriate.**Stakeholder Management**: We liaise with various departments, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and requirements.**Data Analysis**: We use data-driven insights to support decision-making**Options Appraisals**: We work with stakeholders to make informed decisions through thorough analysis of identified options based on your accumulate knowledge and insight**Analyse and Document Requirements**: We work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for IT infrastructure projects and other case management system replacements.**Project Support**: We provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery, to supporting business case development through to post-implementation support such as user acceptance testingAbout you<h4>Successful candidates should:</h4><ul><li>Have a degree or equivalent NVQ qualification or proven relevant experience of</li><li>supporting business change.</li><li>Be able to display all round knowledge of the capabilities of ICT to meet business needs.</li><li>Be able to evidence experience of supporting business change through the application of a range of business analysis techniques.</li><li>Be able to evidence skills in, and experience of, the capture, analysis, and documentation of requirements for business change solutions.</li><li>Be able to evidence experience of business process analysis including use of process mapping and task analysis techniques and tools.</li><li>Experience of business process re-engineering and design including process testing and user acceptance testing.</li><li>Have excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to</li><li>communicate complex issues to a variety of audiences.</li><li>Be able to show experience of supporting the development of business cases and able to carry out cost benefit analysis and risk analysis.</li><li>Have experience in the ability to carry out stakeholder analysis and facilitate group activities such as workshops.</li><li>Have experience of influencing and challenging others, where appropriate, to facilitate business change, and to impact on organisational culture.</li></ul>Our BenefitsHere at North Northamptonshire Council, we’re transforming for the better, using all our creativity and imagination to create the best life for our local people. About the role<h4>Purpose of the job </h4>To work with Regulatory Services Managers and the Regulatory Services Administration Team Leader to develop the IDOX Uniform case management database for Regulatory Services, provide training to all users and perform the role of system administrator for the system. Provide performance information as required and ensure that systems are efficient. Provide general Business Support services where necessary to support the team.What will you be doing?<h4>Principal responsibilities </h4><ol><li>Be responsible for the ongoing development and improvement of the IDOX Uniform case management system to meet the needs of Regulatory Services.
