Do you have experience in contract administration and performance monitoring?
Are you skilled in maintaining strong contractor relationships and ensuring services are delivered efficiently? If so, you could be the next Assistant Contract Manager here at Peabody!
You'll support the Contract Manager in overseeing repairs, voids, and major works contracts, ensuring they meet key performance indicators, quality standards, and budget requirements. You'll work closely with contractors to resolve issues quickly, ensuring smooth service delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations. You'll also collaborate with commercial teams, handling queries and assisting with financial oversight to ensure our contracts provide maximum value for money. You'll be required to be in the office a minimum of two days per week.
You'll play a key role in monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and producing detailed reports that support informed decision-making. Working across internal teams and external partners, you'll ensure that contract management processes are efficient, streamlined, and transparent.

To be successful in this role, you're:
- experienced in contract administration, ideally within a Repairs environment, with experience of supporting complex contractor relationships
- analytical with strong attention to detail, able to interpret performance data and financial information.
- a strong communicator who can build productive relationships with contractors, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- solution-focused and proactive in resolving contract issues and improving service delivery.
- customer-centric, with a commitment to ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services.
