This is an exciting time to join the Housing Department as it is undergoing a transformation project called ‘getting our house in order’. We have ambitious plans to improve and transform services for our customers.
The Council is seeking to recruit a full-time permanent Allocations Officer. You will be responsible for the allocations and nominations of any vacant Brentwood Council housing stock and Housing Association vacancies in line with Brentwood Council’s Allocations Policy. Experience of working in the field of allocations would be desirable. You will be required to carry out home visits to assess their living conditions and therefore driving licence and use of car essential.
