It is preferable that the successful applicant will have a good range of skills and experience including a basic level of building maintenance and DIY skills, ideally gained in a similar environment.</p>\n\n<p>As a key-holder, responsibilities will also include:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Early morning: unlocking the site at 6.45am</li>\n\t<li>Evening closing checks: secure the building and complete end-of-day procedures</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>We are open to:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Split Shifts: candidates able to work morning and evening schedules</li>\n\t<li>Job Share: two individuals sharing responsibilities</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>There is also opportunity for additional hours during school events and lettings.</p>\n\n<p>We are very proud of our school and our school community and we would welcome applicants who would approach their work with equal pride, care and reliability.
